Link not found
What to do when a Brivo short link returns a not-found error.
If you follow a brv.lc or stx.red link and land on a not-found page, one of the following applies.
Common reasons
The link was revoked. If the resource the link pointed to was deleted or retracted, the short link is removed along with it. This can happen if a report is withdrawn, a case is closed, or an exported package is superseded.
The link was miscopied. Short link slugs are case-sensitive. brv.lc/aBcD3 and brv.lc/abcd3 are different links. Check that the link was copied exactly as issued.
The domain is stx.red. While existing stx.red links should still resolve, a small number were not migrated when the domain was consolidated. If you have a stx.red link that returns not-found, request a replacement.
What to do
If you received the link from a Brivo product export or notification, return to the source document and regenerate the export. A fresh short link will be issued automatically.
If you received the link from another person or an external system, ask them to reshare it. If the underlying resource no longer exists, it cannot be recovered via the short link.
