Identity Platform
One Brivo account for all Brivo products.
Brivo Identity Platform is a unified authentication layer that replaces the separate accounts previously required for each Brivo product. One account at accounts.brivo.ltd gives you access to everything under the Brivo umbrella.
What it replaces
Previously, Stratix, Prism, and Jurisx each maintained their own user accounts and login flows. This meant separate credentials, separate sessions, and no shared context between products. Identity Platform consolidates all of this.
How it works
A single Brivo account holds your identity, organisation membership, and product entitlements. When you sign in through any Brivo product, authentication is handled by Identity Platform and your session is shared across products without requiring separate logins.
Rollout
Identity Platform is currently in rollout. Existing product accounts will be migrated automatically. If you have an active account on any Brivo product, you will receive instructions when your account is ready to migrate.
Once migration is complete, accounts.brivo.ltd becomes the single point of entry for all account management including profile, organisation settings, billing, and access control.
