URL Shorteners

Brivo issues short links under two domains, stx.red and brv.lc, for use across its products and communications.

Brivo short links appear in report exports, email notifications, shared evidence packages, and QR codes generated by its products. All links are permanent 301 redirects to the underlying resource.

Domains

brv.lc

brv.lc is the current Brivo short domain. All new short links are issued under this domain regardless of which product generated them.

Links look like: https://brv.lc/aBcD3

stx.red

stx.red was the original short domain, tied to Stratix before Brivo unified its product lineup under a single brand. Links under this domain were issued in Stratix report exports and shared case references.

This domain is being retired. No new links are issued under stx.red. Existing links continue to resolve and will do so for the foreseeable future, but you should treat any stx.red link you receive as legacy.

How redirects work

Short links resolve via a 301 permanent redirect. The destination is the canonical URL of the resource at the time the link was created. The destination does not change if the underlying content is updated, though in some cases a link may be revoked entirely if the resource is removed.

If a link does not resolve, see Link not found.
